Orders requiring imprinting must be submitted in written form via mail or fax.

Custom Orders

All items are made-per-order. We can customize per your requirements.

Production Time

Normal production time is 10-15 working days from receipt of order and approval of proof, if applicable.

Large Quantity Pricing

If your requirements exceed quantities shown in catalog, write or call for a quotation.

Packaging

All packaging is bulk.

Shipping

Most orders shipped UPS GroundTrac f.o.b. factory, Wisconsin. On rush orders, we will request permission to ship Next Day Air or air freight. There will be a $10.00 service charge on all COD shipments.

Cancellations

All written orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled except on written authorization from the factory. Cancellations are subject to invoice completed preparatory work and/or merchandise already manufactured or printed.
